Trigger Emails
Project
Art Fund is a charity promoting accessibility of art through its National Art Pass programme. In 2020 they have undertaken a major redesign of their digital assets.
Together with the new website, the trigger emails form a part of the online customer journey experience. The concern was that although very functional, the emails were dry and lacking the same flavour as the website. The task was to redesign them in a way that would maintain their functionality yet incorporate the new Art Fund personality and relevant inspiration.
